Prodám limitovaný absint první šarže – L’exaltée Prince d’Absinth.
Prvními inspiracemi pro sestavení tohoto receptu se stalo ochutnání dvou vintage vzorků – původního Edouard Pernod absinthe a na něj navazujícího Pernod SA z roku 1915 od sběratele Wolfganga Klotze. Pro oba vzorky bylo charakteristické opojné aroma vyzrálé vínovice v kombinaci s velmi hutným marcipánovým tělem. Právě spojení vínovice a bylin typických pro absinthe se stalo základem pro vznik našeho L’Exaltee, vznešeného absinthu s kvalitní ovocnou bází, s použitím pelyňku z Pontalier a s využitím kontroverzní barvicí techniky. Tento spirit odkazuje na blaženou zkušenost s Pernody a připomíná onen nevšední zážitek.
Limited first-batch absinthe for sale – L’exaltée Prince d’Absinth.
The initial inspiration for this recipe came from tasting two vintage samples – the original Edouard Pernod absinthe and the later Pernod SA from 1915, provided by collector Wolfgang Klotz. Both samples were characterized by an intoxicating aroma of well-aged wine spirit combined with a rich marzipan-like body. This very connection between wine spirit and the classic absinthe botanicals became the foundation for L’Exaltée – a refined absinthe with a high-quality fruity base, made using wormwood from Pontarlier and employing a distinctive, somewhat controversial coloring technique.
This spirit pays tribute to the unique experience of historic Pernod absinthes and evokes that exceptional sensory impression.

Limitierter Absinth aus der ersten Charge zu verkaufen – L’exaltée Prince d’Absinth.
Die ersten Inspirationen für diese Rezeptur entstanden durch die Verkostung zweier Vintage-Proben – des originalen Edouard Pernod Absinths sowie des darauf folgenden Pernod SA aus dem Jahr 1915, zur Verfügung gestellt vom Sammler Wolfgang Klotz. Beide Proben zeichneten sich durch ein betörendes Aroma gereifter Weinbrände in Kombination mit einem sehr dichten, marzipanartigen Körper aus. Genau diese Verbindung von Weinbrand und den klassischen Absinthkräutern bildet die Grundlage für L’Exaltée – einen edlen Absinth mit hochwertiger fruchtiger Basis, hergestellt unter Verwendung von Wermut aus Pontarlier und mit einer charakteristischen, teils kontroversen Färbetechnik.
Diese Spirituose verweist auf das besondere Erlebnis historischer Pernod-Absinths und erinnert an diesen außergewöhnlichen Genussmoment.
